monthly Topic: Equanimity
Details: General structure is an opening introduction about the monthly topic, followed by a a 15-20 minute meditation, and ending in an open group discussion. Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to get settled as I will begin promptly at 4pm. Please bring something to sit/lie on, and layers as it may be cool.

Participants: Up to 4 people
Details: Join me for a healing KAP session in a group setting. This includes a virtual preparation session as well as a virtual integration session, in addition to the dosing day. All participants will need to work with a prescriber to obtain the medicine they will self-administer (I have referrals).
COST: $300 (may be partially covered by insurance), NOT including medical assessment and cost of medication.
